Project Details

AXIS was Marvel's second major publishing event of 2014. After learning the story was about the characters' moral alignments being inverted, the idea of an ambigram logo seemed like a good one. Once I developed a logo that worked, I went ahead with the idea of making the covers rotate with the series.

Event Synopsis: After an event turns heroes and villains from good to evil and vice versa, the Avengers and X-Men must team up with each other and some of their greatest foes to keep the Red Skull from plunging the planet into war.
